Adoption makes for some wonderful connections with people who you may never have met otherwise. Suddenly you have something in common with folks across the country and sometimes in other countries , that connects you. We share an understanding for something so magical that many people really dont get it. They see $$ signs and roadblocks, where we see a journey worth taking, a life changing experience full of ups and downs. And the gift at the end of this journey? Priceless.

A new adoption friend Kim made baby girl this beautiful minky blanket :) I just love it and it matches our mocha Whizz stroller perfectly! Thank you Kim :)

Ok another way coooooool Craigslist find. I really wanted a plug in swing for baby girl but the FP rainforest swing is pricey for a baby that is only going to use it for a few months. Well after much searching I found one a few blocks from my home with an extra motor for only $50 ! It is in brand new condition :) I am thrilled with the $ I have saved searching CL. There is junk on there , so just be picky :)

As you can see Boo is in love with the swing. She thought it was for her...we talked & she & I decided she would share it with her baby sista :)
